I gladly accept returns and exchanges of items in their original working condition. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship the item back to me within 30 days.
Buyer pays return shipping and any exchange shipping charges.
If an item is returned in a condition not comparable to its original, buyer will be responsible for any costs associated with the piece.
Custom orders and Sale Items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Please be sure to check the dimensions listed for each piece and ask any questions you may have before purchasing.

SHIPPING
Ready-to-ship items will ship out within 2-5 business days via USPS First Class + Shipping Confirmation (within US only).
Made-to-order items may take 1-2 weeks to ship.
Lost packages are not the responsibility of Melissa Jenkins Designs nor are packages sent to an incorrect address. Please double check your shipping address before submitting your order.
Orders to countries outside the US may incur additional duties and tax costs that are the responsibility of the buyer.
Orders to countries outside the US may take up to 35 business days to receive.
